Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem is an animated science-fiction film that follows four alien musicians kidnapped by an unscrupulous record producer and transformed into human pop stars. Renamed The Crescendolls and stripped of their memories, the talented extraterrestrials are forced to churn out soulless corporate hits. When space pilot Shep arrives on Earth searching for his love, bass player Stella, he orchestrates a daring rescue at a concert. Freed but separated from Stella, the band embarks on a mission to reclaim their true identities and save her from the producer's control. Blending vibrant animation with an electronic soundtrack, the film explores themes of artistic authenticity against commercial exploitation.
