Canary(2009)

Canary is a sci-fi thriller set in a future where a corporation called Canary Industries controls a lucrative organ-leasing market. Those desperate enough to accept transplants must sign a "Conscientious Usage" contract—a binding agreement that grants the company the right to repossess organs if recipients abuse their bodies.
