Delta Farce(2007)

A funny thing happened on the way to Iraq.

Delta Farce is a military comedy following three incompetent Army reservists who board a transport plane expecting deployment to Iraq. When the aircraft accidentally drops them in rural Mexico instead, the trio remains oblivious to their actual location. Convinced they've landed in the Middle East, the bumbling soldiers proceed with their mission, attempting to "liberate" the Mexican village they've mistaken for hostile territory. Their misguided efforts to conduct combat operations in what they believe is a war zone create escalating chaos and confusion. The film plays on the absurdity of their predicament as cultural misunderstandings and comedic mishaps pile up. With no awareness of their geographical error, the reservists barrel forward with their misplaced military objectives, turning a simple case of mistaken location into a full-blown farce.
