The Pact(2013)

The Pact is a supernatural horror film about Andrea Graves, who inherits her grandmother's nineteenth-century oceanfront home only to discover it harbors a deadly secret. As Andrea settles into the property, violent hauntings intensify and bodies begin to accumulate around her.
