Black Killer(1990)

Black Killer is a Thai action film following Dandy, a young man who travels from Japan to find his grandfather Jam, carrying stolen corporate documents from his father's office. Pursued simultaneously by a secret ninja and Interpol agents, Dandy seeks help from Thanu, a hired assassin tasked with killing Jam. When Thanu discovers the truth about his target, he abandons the mission.
