Phoenix 9(2014)

Phoenix 9 is a post-apocalyptic science fiction film set in a world devastated by nuclear war. Survivors of the catastrophe stumble upon a hidden underground installation that promises salvation and a chance to rebuild civilization. The discovery comes with a sinister price, however, forcing the group to confront difficult moral choices as they weigh survival against the installation's mysterious demands.
