Sorry I Love You is a Chinese film remake of the beloved Korean television series I'm Sorry I Love You. Model Vivian Dawson makes his acting debut in the lead role as Walker, a man diagnosed with a terminal illness—a bullet lodged in his brain that cannot be removed surgically—who has only six months to live. Facing his mortality, Walker leaves Vancouver and returns to China to search for his biological parents and twin sister before time runs out. His plans shift unexpectedly when he encounters Encai, a woman he once rescued from street thugs in Vancouver.
