Everyman's War is a war drama based on true events from World War II. When German forces launch a surprise pre-dawn attack in brutal sub-zero conditions, Sergeant Smith finds himself cut off from command with communications down. Wounded and unarmed, he must fight through enemy fire to reach town and warn of the incoming assault. The film follows Smith's struggle between duty to his fellow soldiers and his desire to return home to his fiancée, Dorine. As the battle unfolds, Smith confronts the harsh realities of combat and discovers that losing hope can be as devastating as losing life itself. Everyman's War explores one soldier's courage and the personal cost of heroism during one of history's most pivotal moments.
