Scarred(2013)

Scarred is a slasher film that follows four models on a photo shoot at an abandoned house once owned by the notorious Kandie family. Unaware of the danger, they encounter Jonah Kandie, a disfigured killer who still haunts the property. Scarred beyond recognition by his own father in childhood, Jonah seeks brutal revenge on anyone who enters his domain. Driven by a twisted hatred of beauty, he systematically hunts the models one by one. What begins as a routine shoot becomes a nightmare of survival as the group realizes they're trapped with a vengeful killer determined to make them pay for their youth and attractiveness. Scarred delivers relentless tension and visceral horror as the models fight to escape.
