High-Heeled Punishers(1995)

High-Heeled Punishers is a vigilante action film about three masked women who run a coffee shop by day and dispense justice by night. When a female customer is assaulted, the trio—known as the High Heeled Cats—intervene with brutal efficiency, working under an elderly boss who orchestrates payback against men who've mistreated women. The local police, frustrated by their inability to identify the vigilantes despite frequenting the coffee shop, prove more interested in harassing the waitresses than solving the case. The situation escalates when the women cross paths with a ruthless gangster who hires a dangerous assassin to hunt them down. What begins as street-level justice spirals into a deadly confrontation that tests whether the trio can survive their own ambitions.
