Mayaanadhi is a Malayalam crime thriller following Mathan, a man on the run after a botched money deal leaves a police officer dead. Desperate and hunted, he returns to Kochi seeking refuge with Aparna, an aspiring actress and his former lover struggling to build her career. As Mathan attempts to rekindle their romance, the police close in, forcing both into a dangerous game where past feelings collide with present survival.
