Midnight Son(2011)

Midnight Son follows Jacob, a young man with a rare photosensitive skin disorder that confines him to darkness. When he meets Mary, a bartender, his isolated world shifts—but his growing attraction masks a darker transformation. As his condition worsens, Jacob discovers he needs human blood to survive, and his behavior spirals into violence. Local murders begin piling up, and police suspicion turns toward him. Trapped between his humanity and a biological imperative he can't control, Jacob must hide his increasingly dangerous nature while law enforcement closes in. The film explores isolation, desire, and the terrifying loss of self when biology becomes destiny.
