Fistful of Brains is a zombie western where the town of Shadowhawk becomes ground zero in a brutal war between two brothers, each commanding their own undead army. One brother has peddled a so-called magical elixir to the townsfolk, promising immortality—but concealing the sinister truth: the potion transforms them into flesh-hungry zombies conscripted into his ranks. As the brothers' conflict engulfs the town, the newly turned must grapple with their insatiable hunger while caught between two warring forces. The film blends horror and western tropes, delivering gore-soaked action and dark comedy as survival becomes impossible and allegiances crumble.
