À l'aventure is a French film about a woman seeking liberation from a stagnant relationship. Sandrine grows restless with her boyfriend Fred and increasingly dissatisfied with their intimate life. When her friend Sophie shares stories of sexual exploration and self-discovery, Sandrine becomes curious about what else life might offer. She embarks on a personal journey of experimentation, meeting new people and pursuing both physical and spiritual experiences that challenge her previous assumptions about desire and fulfillment.
