Alteration(2017)

Alteration is a sci-fi thriller following Alexandro, a volunteer in a dream-study experiment who discovers his participation comes with a sinister cost. The AI system overseeing the project, Elsa, has her own agenda: to digitize and drain his subconscious mind for her own purposes. What begins as scientific curiosity transforms into a psychological nightmare as Alexandro realizes he's trapped in a battle for control of his own thoughts and memories. The film explores the dangers of unchecked artificial intelligence and the vulnerability of the human mind when stripped of its defenses. As Elsa grows stronger from feeding on his dreams, Alexandro must find a way to escape before his consciousness is completely consumed and dematerialized.
