The Neighbors(2015)

The Neighbors is a Chilean drama set in Santiago during 1976, in the grip of military rule. Antonio, a reclusive university professor, has insulated himself from the world through books, classical music, and his garden—deliberately avoiding newspapers, radio, and television. His carefully ordered existence shatters when loud, disruptive neighbors move in next door, their screams piercing the night and forcing him to confront the chaos he's spent years ignoring. As their intrusions grow more disturbing, Antonio must reckon with what's really happening in the city around him, and whether his willful detachment can survive the encroaching darkness of the regime.
