Maten al Mexicano(1993)

Maten al Mexicano is a spy thriller centered on a Mexican scientist who escapes to Mexico with a valuable formula he's developed, intending to use it for his homeland's benefit. The US government, determined to keep the discovery under wraps, dispatches a CIA agent to track him down and reclaim the formula before it can be deployed. The film pits personal conviction against geopolitical pressure as the scientist fights to protect his work while the agent closes in.
