The Black Beyond is a three-part horror anthology shot on video. "Deathly Realities" follows a serial killer in a rubber mask who faces supernatural retribution from his victims beyond death. In "The Coming of the Saturnites," an alien attempts to blend into human society while concealing its true identity. The final segment, "Money'll Eat You Up!!!," features a cursed dollar bill that causes its victims to vanish, serving as a dark commentary on unchecked greed. Each episode delivers visceral horror with distinct premises, blending practical effects and genre conventions into a cohesive, provocative collection that explores violence, deception, and materialism through a surreal lens.
