Warriors(2002)

Warriors is a war drama set in Kosovo during the winter of 1999, as international KFOR peacekeeping forces navigate the volatile conflict between Kosovo Albanians and Serbs. A platoon of Spanish Army engineers arrives with a humanitarian mission but quickly finds itself drawn into the escalating violence between the two communities. Caught between competing loyalties and the impossibility of true neutrality, the soldiers must confront the moral complexities of peacekeeping in a region torn apart by ethnic tension. The film examines how good intentions collide with the brutal realities of civil conflict, forcing ordinary soldiers to make impossible choices in an environment where every decision carries devastating consequences.
