Kidnap(1974)

Kidnap is a crime drama centered on an Italian police commissioner's desperate race to rescue the six-year-old daughter of a prominent businessman. Frank Salvatore, an old-school Mafia don accused of the abduction, also pursues the girl—not out of guilt, but to clear his name. Salvatore operates by a strict code: children are untouchable. When the commissioner leverages a low-level thug for leads, both law enforcement and the mob converge on the same target. The film explores an uneasy alliance between opposing forces, each driven by their own need for redemption and justice in a world where honor, however twisted, still matters.
