Dagmar's Hot Pants, Inc. is a Danish film following a Swedish call girl working in Copenhagen who plans to leave the profession after two years. On what she hopes is her final day, Dagmar navigates a series of appointments and farewells—a marriage proposal, visits to her doctor and regular clients, arranging new housing, and handing over her client list to a colleague. She fields an unexpected request from Japanese businessmen and briefly reconnects with her brother. Throughout the day, Dagmar watches the clock anxiously, aware that her pimp could discover her escape plan at any moment. The film captures the tension between her desire for freedom and the obstacles standing between her and a new life. As the hours pass, the question remains: will she successfully break free?
