Brainjacked is a psychological horror film about a man named Tristan who suffers from severe migraines and turns to trepanation—an ancient surgical practice of drilling into the skull—seeking relief and mental awakening. The procedure unexpectedly grants him access to the Garden, a secret underground sanctuary for runaways. What initially appears to be a path toward enlightenment quickly descends into nightmare. As Tristan explores this hidden world, he discovers the sinister consequences of his self-surgery and becomes trapped in a terrifying realm of darkness. The film examines the dangerous intersection between desperate self-help and the occult, exploring what happens when someone pursues transcendence through extreme and irreversible means.
