Compulsion is a psychological thriller following Sadie, a young novelist, and Francesca, a mysterious woman, who are lured to an Italian villa by Sadie's ex-lover for a weekend celebration of her latest book. Trapped in an elegant but isolating setting, the two women find themselves drawn into a dangerous game of moral and sexual tension.
