Off is a Serbian thriller following two brothers caught in Belgrade's underground racing world. Petar, a medical student, competes in Serbian Roulette—illegal midnight street races that define the city's criminal underworld. When a corrupt police inspector blackmails Petar over a fatal crash, his older brother Mihajlo, now an anesthesiologist, descends into a dangerous maze of corruption and conspiracy. As Mihajlo searches for answers, he's pulled deeper into the brutal racing scene, the Secret Service, and Belgrade's crooked police apparatus.
