Pod(2015)
Pod is a horror film that traps a fractured family inside a remote, snow-bound lake house during an intervention gone catastrophically wrong. What begins as an attempt to help a troubled relative spirals into something far darker and more sinister. Confined by blizzard conditions and mounting paranoia, the family members turn on each other as the true nature of their crisis becomes terrifyingly unclear. The film builds dread through claustrophobic tension and psychological unease, blurring the line between mental illness and genuine supernatural threat. As isolation deepens and trust erodes, Pod becomes a brutal examination of family dysfunction and the violence that can erupt when people are pushed to their breaking points.
