Puffball(2007)

Puffball is a dark fantasy film about an architect who moves to rural Ireland with her fiancé to restore an old cottage. When Richard returns to New York, Liffey discovers she's pregnant—news that enrages her elderly neighbour Molly and Molly's daughter Mabs, who desperately wants a son. Convinced that Liffey carries the child rightfully meant for her family, Molly turns to black magic in a sinister attempt to destroy the pregnancy. The film blends psychological tension with supernatural horror as Liffey finds herself caught between the supernatural machinations of her obsessed neighbours and her own fight to protect her unborn child in an isolated countryside setting.
