Tenchu!(1969)

Tenchu! is a Japanese period film following a masterless samurai caught in desperate poverty. Seeking escape from financial ruin, the ronin allies himself with the Tosa clan, placing his trust in their ruthless leader Takechi. What begins as a chance at stability becomes a calculated exploitation.
