The Flintstone Comedy Hour(1972)

The Flintstone Comedy Hour is a Saturday morning cartoon anthology that aired on CBS from 1972 to 1973. The hour-long show split its time between new Fred and Barney segments, musical performances by The Bedrock Rockers, and reruns of The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show. Mickey Stevens took over as the voice of Pebbles for new episodes after Sally Struthers departed due to her commitment to All in the Family. The series marked the final Flintstone spin-off to feature original voice actor Alan Reed as Fred, before his death in 1977. Henry Corden would later assume the role. The program also introduced characters like Schleprock and the Bronto Bunch, expanding the Stone Age universe with fresh comedy and music for young viewers.
