Kyouen NG(2020)

Kyouen NG is a Japanese drama that reunites two estranged stars after 25 years of deliberate separation. Popular actor Toyama Eiji and actress Ohzono Hitomi dated years ago, and their breakup led to an unspoken industry rule: they would never work together again. Now, they're cast as leads in a major production, forcing them to confront their past. Complicating matters, other cast members harbour their own "no co-starring" feuds, creating tension both on and off set. The series explores whether old wounds can heal under the pressure of a professional collaboration, and whether the drama can survive the personal conflicts threatening to derail it.
