Gypsy Girl(2019)

Gypsy Girl is a Russian drama following Maksim, a young ethnographer who travels to the remote village of Rusalino in 1993 to document folklore and traditional songs. His fellow student Liuba orchestrates the trip, hoping the research journey will deepen their relationship—she's secretly in love with him. But when Maksim arrives in the village, he encounters Rada, a local Gypsy girl whose charm captivates him completely. What begins as an academic expedition becomes a story of conflicting desires and unexpected romance, as Maksim finds himself torn between Liuba's quiet devotion and his overwhelming attraction to Rada.
