Bullets, Bones and Blocked Noses is a Japanese comedy series following police dog handler Ippei Aoba and his impossible partner, Oliver. To everyone else, Oliver is an elite working dog from a celebrated line of canine officers. But Ippei sees something entirely different: a lazy, foul-mouthed middle-aged man in a dog suit. As Ippei struggles to manage this absurd disconnect between reality and his own perception, he must navigate police work while keeping Oliver's true nature—at least as he sees it—a secret. The series blends crime-solving procedural elements with surreal comedy, exploring the friction between duty and the bizarre circumstances that test Ippei's patience and professionalism at every turn.
