Express is a crime drama series following Barbara, a criminal psychologist whose life changes after she survives an express kidnapping. Traumatized by her abduction, Barbara channels her experience into negotiating high-stakes kidnapping cases, using her expertise and hard-won insight to save victims from the same fate she narrowly escaped. The series explores how personal tragedy can transform into purpose, as Barbara confronts both the criminals behind these crimes and her own psychological scars. Her work puts her back in contact with the dangerous underworld that nearly destroyed her, forcing her to balance her desire for justice with the emotional toll of reliving her trauma through each case.
