Cave Kids(1996)

Cave Kids is a 30-minute animated series that follows Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm as preschoolers navigating prehistoric adventures with Dino, the family dog, as their babysitter. A Hanna-Barbera spin-off of The Flintstones, the show aired on Cartoon Network in 1996 and prioritized educational content and life lessons over pure comedy. Unlike the original series, Cave Kids aimed to teach young viewers through the misadventures of its pint-sized protagonists in their Stone Age world. The characters had appeared earlier in Golden Press publications, including a Little Golden Book from 1963 and a Gold Key Comics series that ran 16 issues between 1963 and 1967.
