Prima Doll is an anime series set in a post-war world where sentient automata struggle to find purpose after serving as weapons in a devastating conflict. With the fighting over, these machines—despite possessing human emotions and consciousness—must navigate an unfamiliar peacetime and discover who they are beyond their military origins. Their journey unfolds at the Kuronekotei café, a modest establishment that becomes a refuge where these former war machines seek connection, healing, and a new identity.
