Mor gifter sig is a Swedish drama series adapted from Moa Martinson's novel. When seven-year-old Mia and her mother Hedvig move in with the man Hedvig marries, it seems like an escape from their cramped city life as factory workers. The family relocates to the countryside and the house with the white porch—a fresh start that promises stability.
