Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles(1987)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is an animated series following four turtles who fall into New York's sewers and meet Hamato Yoshi, a Japanese man living underground. A mysterious green glow transforms the turtles into human-like creatures and mutates Yoshi into Master Splinter, a giant rat who becomes their sensei. Splinter trains the four brothers in ninjutsu as they join forces with April O'Neill, a determined news reporter, to fight Yoshi's sworn enemy Shredder and Krang, a powerful alien warlord from Dimension X. The series blends action, humor, and adventure as the unlikely team battles threats both earthly and interdimensional.
