My One-Hit Kill Sister is an anime series about Asahi, a video game enthusiast who dies in a traffic accident and awakens in a fantasy world. His stats are disappointingly weak—barely above an NPC's level—leaving him vulnerable and outmatched. When a monster corners him, his older sister Maya suddenly appears, having followed him across worlds, and obliterates the creature in a single strike. Maya has somehow acquired overwhelmingly powerful abilities, but her devotion to protecting Asahi borders on obsession. The series follows their unlikely partnership as Maya's overpowered strength and intense brother complex clash with Asahi's frustratingly low stats in this strange new realm. What begins as a rescue becomes a comedic exploration of sibling dynamics in a world where one sibling can handle anything while the other struggles to survive.
