Hotel Europa is a period drama set in 1918, as World War I draws to a close. Young Emil Dreesen returns from the battlefield scarred by war, determined to reclaim his family's elegant hotel perched on the Rhine's banks. Caught between the old world and a new, fractured Germany, Emil must navigate the hotel's operations while grappling with his own trauma and the sweeping social upheaval reshaping the nation.
