Kenny the Shark(2003)

Kenny the Shark is an animated series that follows an anthropomorphic tiger shark who leaves the ocean to start a new life on land. The show premiered on Discovery Kids in November 2003 and ran for two seasons across 26 episodes before concluding in February 2006. Kenny, the resourceful protagonist, navigates the challenges of adapting to his unexpected terrestrial existence. The series had roots in late-1990s shorts that aired between regular programming, where viewers only saw Kenny's point of view. A viewer contest challenged audiences to identify Kenny's species, with tiger shark winning the vote. Kenny the Shark continued airing on Discovery Kids and later The Hub until 2012, maintaining a loyal following throughout its broadcast run.
