Sisterhood(2022)

Sisterhood follows the Fang family as youngest daughter Xiang Xiang graduates university and enters the working world. Her elder sister Fang Hong, believing "eldest sister is like a mother," meddles enthusiastically in Xiang Xiang's career and personal life despite their clashing personalities and values. Their constant friction transforms the once-peaceful household into a battleground of daily arguments. Meanwhile, their father Fang Ming struggles with his own crisis: having devoted his life to raising his daughters, he now feels increasingly unnecessary as they grow independent and self-sufficient. Desperate to reclaim relevance, Fang Ming begins seeking validation and purpose within his daughters' lives. The series explores how family bonds strain under the weight of differing expectations, generational gaps, and the search for identity and belonging.
