Shakugan no Shana(2005)

Shakugan no Shana is an anime series following 15-year-old Yuji Sakai after a demon murders him and replaces his life force with a dimming flame. When the flame extinguishes, everyone will forget he ever existed. Desperate to survive, Yuji meets Shana, a fierce warrior wielding a burning sword and guided by divine will. The two form an unlikely partnership as Yuji joins Shana's fight to maintain the balance between the human world and the supernatural realm.
