Dog House(1990)

Dog House is a comedy series following Digby, a cynical police detective whose brain, voice and personality are mysteriously transferred into Spot, a St. Bernard dog. Trapped in his new canine form after a car accident, Digby must navigate life as a wisecracking, opinionated dog while maintaining his sharp detective instincts. His unique vantage point as a human consciousness in a dog's body gives him an irreverent perspective on human behavior and relationships. As Digby adjusts to his bizarre circumstances, he brings his gruff humor and street-smart sensibility to everyday situations, creating friction and comedy wherever he goes. The series explores themes of identity and acceptance through the lens of a man forced to see the world from an entirely different angle.
