Zenshu is a series following Natsuko Hirose, a prodigiously talented anime director whose debut becomes a cultural phenomenon. Tasked with directing a romantic comedy about first love, she hits a creative wall—she's never experienced romance herself and can't authentically capture the emotion. Desperate to break through her block, Natsuko collapses while working and awakens inside the world of her beloved childhood anime film, A Tale of Perishing. Trapped in this fantastical realm, she must navigate unfamiliar emotions and relationships to unlock the inspiration she needs. The series blends comedy with the surreal as Natsuko discovers that understanding love might require living it firsthand, even in a fictional world.
