Yug is a Russian coming-of-age series following a reserved fourteen-year-old boy raised by his grandmother. When Yug discovers hidden money from his absent father on his birthday, he embarks on a cross-country journey across Russia to find him. Scattered clues lead him to potential fathers in distant corners of the country, forcing the anxious teenager to confront his numerous phobias with each step forward.
