Cordon(2024)

Cordon follows Sasha Dymov, a former border guard who returns to his native village after serving time for crimes he didn't commit. His old life is gone—his wife has left him, and law enforcement won't take him back. A loyal friend offers him work as a mechanic, a chance at quiet redemption. But the village sits near a porous border where smugglers move weapons and contraband, and criminals exploit the lawless terrain. Dymov finds himself drawn into a dangerous world of criminal violence and corruption that only he seems capable of stopping. Caught between duty and survival, he navigates brutal confrontations, an unexpected love triangle, and strange supernatural forces that blur the line between the real and the inexplicable.
