Best Student Council(2005)

Best Student Council is a comedy series following Randou Rino, an airheaded girl with a talking puppet companion, as she unexpectedly joins the prestigious student council at Gokujou, an exclusive all-girls academy. The council wields unusual power and runs multiple business ventures that rival actual corporations. Despite appearing to have no special talents, Rino becomes part of this elite group and gradually befriends her capable council members.
