Fireflies(2025)

Fireflies is a drama series set in a quiet desert town where residents begin mysteriously combusting. Mimi, a 33-year-old mine clearance instructor, suspects the deaths stem not from explosives but from a psychological phenomenon she witnessed as a child—one where profound loneliness triggers a fatal internal fire. Partnering with Dikla, her childhood friend and a local police officer, Mimi races to understand the spreading crisis and identify whoever is orchestrating the terror. As the two women dig deeper into the town's darkest secrets, they confront both the mystery threatening their community and their own painful pasts.
