Time of Oblivion(1990)

Time of Oblivion is a drama series following Hisham, a student who travels abroad seeking a fresh start. He quickly settles into his new life, but internal conflict soon emerges as he grapples with two worlds. Caught between his Arab heritage, customs, and family expectations, and the allure of Western culture, Hisham faces an impossible choice: hold tight to his roots or abandon them entirely. The series explores the tension of cultural identity, belonging, and the fear that assimilation might mean never returning home.
