This Is Not My Life is a New Zealand mystery thriller that aired on TV ONE in 2010. Set in the fictional town of Waimoana during the 2020s, the series follows Alec Ross, who wakes one morning with complete amnesia—unable to remember his identity, his wife, or his children. As he struggles to piece together his fractured past, the mystery deepens. Written by Rachel Lang and Gavin Strawhan and directed by Robert Sarkies and Peter Salmon, the show ran for a single season of thirteen episodes.
