Rizelmine(2002)

Rizelmine is a romantic comedy series that follows Iwaki Tomonori, a high school student nursing a crush on his teacher. When he discovers she's engaged, his heartbreak is interrupted by an unexpected revelation: the Japanese government has arranged his marriage to Rizel, a genetically engineered girl designed to be his perfect match.
